Many of last season's under-16s team have moved on to senior football playing for Southampton Women's Reserves and Development Squad.  A core of five players remained, who have been joined from players for another six teams to make a strong and well-balanced side for the season in a very competitive league.

They will be playing in the Hampshire Girls Youth under-16s Football League.
