Southampton Women's FC are seeking a committed and enthusiastic individual to oversee the commercial operations at the club to increase the club's revenue for investment at all levels. To view the full job description click here. Key responsibilities: 1. You will build on the packages we currently have in place and go to local businesses and individuals and seek sponsorship. 2. We believe as a club that we need to look after those individuals and companies who choose to sponsor us. You will work with the Media Manager to enhance what we offer, including. 3. You will be tasked with setting up fundraising events to boost club income, as well as increasing financial returns on existing events such as the presentation evening at the end of the season The person You don’t need to be a football expert in order to carry out this role however, you need to be confident in approaching outside organisations in order to seek sponsorship. You should be a creative self-starter, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
